Environmental incident- we had an incident occur when chemicals were incorrectly put into a recycling bin on site by an external company. Potential outcomes could be harm to the environment, fines etc. Luckily we located the chemicals before they were taken away in the recycling bin and correctly disposed of. Since this, we have reinstated each staff member retrains on correct disposal of chemicals.
