Hot liquids (even tea and coffee) can severely scald or burn a person. Here at Merlin Park Coffee Shop we always put a lid on our hot drinks before we pass it on to the customer. This significantly reduces the risk of scalds and burns in case of accidental spill or knocking over a cup.
