We installed a micro market 4/19 in less than an ideal situation.

The employees were having to be near us due to the restrooms and an additional break area.
I identified this immediately and called the facilities director and requested safety cones.

This is the 1st time we have encountered an install that we had employees in the vicinity as this, so this was alarming.

Take aways:

1. We did not have our own safety cones. We will be purchasing them immediately and they will
   be utilized on all installs going forward.
   
   1. Purchase through Amazon: BATTIFE 12Pack Traffic Safety Cones 28 inches with Reflective
      Collars, PVC Orange Construction Cone for Traffic Control, Driveway Road, Parking,
      Industrial & Scientific
2. The entire team must be on high alert to be continually relocating the cones as the areas
   transition throughout the install process.
3. Always look for opportunities to block off walking areas from employees in the vicinity. Create
   a path, if possible, as far away from the work area as possible.
   DO NOTE hesitate to do redirect the company’s employees where you are working and always
   speak safety if any situations arise with the companies’ employees.
