JHSC member Jan Santos noticed an area of Tim Horton’s where there was a blind spot at the accessibility ramp and adjacent hallway where there have been collision near misses of delivery carts and patrons on the ramp. Jan recommended the installation of a convex mirror to improve visibility in this area, and his efforts resulted in significantly less impacts and near misses on the ramp, and have made the area more accessibility friendly.
