Catholic Charities doesn’t have specific scenarios, rather an overarching goal of being accident free.
The management team sits down with all of our techs each week, as a group, to discuss upcoming work orders and solutions. This gives our team a great opportunity to listen and critique strategies we are using to complete tasks. We spend time each week reviewing the safety topic as well as what is working vs what isn’t. Our team feels confident in requesting additional PPE and stressing safety concerns that need additional attention.
This method gives our management team the ability to guide the employees into a better way to problem solve vs what the employee thought would originally work.
Open communication without reprimand is what makes our account so successful in being accident free.
