Our contract carried out a plan to involve the entire team in prevention matters, understanding that we are all responsible for safety, not just the safety team. For this reason, the focus shifted from protecting health to promoting it. The layout of the service line was rethought to make it safer overall for both our team and our clients. This initiative arose from safety walks conducted jointly with our clients, 5-minute talks, and prevention training.
