At Kinross mining site we train our collaborators using videos, because it has facilitated the understanding of safety and risk prevention measures by workers so that they can apply what they have learned about safety more effectively and helps them recognize possible dangers to which they may be exposed in their work environment.
With the broadcasting of the videos, we have contributed to greater understanding and identification of risks, reducing the accident rate to zero in FY 2023 and FY 2024 to date.
