During the 2022-2023 school year we had several safety incidents occur. In an effort to increase our safety efforts and safety culture, this school 2023-2024 school year, we implemented a once a week Teams Safety Call with our leads. Each week a different site lead reviews the current brief with their peers and shares best practices. If a safety incident did occur, the lead of that school reports on what happened, how it happened and the steps that are being taken to reduce the risk of the incident occurring again. We have, in addition, recently added to our weekly calls spot videos to reinforce our safety topics. We have seen a remarkable reduction in safety incidents this year. Empowering our leads with the knowledge and support they need has enabled them to promote a successful safe culture at their schools.
