At the beginning of FY2022, in the analysis of 2 memorable accidents, separated by less than 15 days, the search began for effective corrective measures that would have an impact and involvement of the FLM (Front Line Manager) in front of the operational personnel, with a methodology and pedagogical strategies that invite you to learn and practice the correct exercise of the tasks to be carried out contemplated in the Risk school.
The Aramark Risk School is framed in the reality of the company’s areas, seeking to contextualize the work experience and guide it with a focus on the critical dangers to control in each area. It is also planned for group learning and has different positive aspects for people, including improvement in communication, increased creativity, acquiring responsibilities, generating trust, respect and, most of all, mutual collaboration.
Thanks to the Risk School, the accident rate was reduced and controlled, remaining at “zero” throughout FY2023 until today.
