Leigh Maida would like to recognize Chrissy Flanigan for a very recent experience in which she and her entire team pulled off the impossible and did not loose sight of safety while doing it. An FLA strike is underway at the Wells Fargo Center and while we all hope it is resolved quickly, the effort that Chrissy and her team are making to keep business up and running at normal levels was amazing. I think it is a testament to her as a leader that she has been able to corral so much support from accounts far and wide to make sure that we are able to provide the guest experience everyone expects of us — without any compromises on Safety — despite the extraordinary circumstances. Every chef, manager and visiting support person had food safety in the front of their minds; There is a real group effort underway to make sure our temporary FLAs get the quick training and tools they needed to keep our food safe for fans.
