1) World Health and Safety Contest 2023 winner submission. Safety isn’t just in the workplace. We talked about this in our huddles and how safety tips that are shared at work also apply to your day to day activities at home as well.
2) To improve huddle engagement we add a safety ball occasionally which has a list of safety topics on it. The ball is tossed to a person in the huddle and the topic showing is reported out on. This created some fun and more vivid group discussions in our huddle safety efforts.
