I was new to Aramark and was put on as a new DSL for my account. Trying to understand the roles as DSL. By continuing my learning and trial by error. I was able to keep my account Accident free for a year. Which was a big deal for me not knowing much in a DSL role. But I felt a great accomplishment in keep my employees from having any accidents.
