In order to make it easier for are Food Patient Servers to log good saves we have tablet in each pantry kitchen in hospital and we got the link to submit a Good save placed on each tablet. This makes it more efficient & Easier for employees to log a Good Save. In 2018 we commissioned the above video in order to promote a culture of care in the preparation & Service of food in Mayo University Hospital. The video has actual staff members in it. The video covered the following areas-

1.  Hand hygiene
2. Labelling food correctly before putting it back into the cold room
3. Personal protective equipment through uniforms and disposable gloves
4. Using the correct Utensils at point of service
5. The two person lift
6. Probing food in different parts of the tray before sending to service
7. Teamwork
