One of my proudest Safety Champion accomplishments during my career occurred in March 2023 while I was the Suites Operations Manager at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD. After an unfortunate, preventable incident occurred, I collaborated with my awesome District Safety Manager, Anthony Stevenson, and we identified the urgent need for Hot Box Safety, as it is a huge training and coaching opportunity in several accounts, especially in Sports & Entertainment and Premium Catering. Hot Boxes are a staple piece of equipment used to transfer large amounts of food throughout a venue, location, etc. Anthony and I finalized a phenomenal one-sheeter that was circulated throughout our district and is still currently used today.
