An associate was using a ladder to clean upper windows at our account. The ladder shifted due to how the associate was attempting to do the work. Associate was asked to come off of the ladder and reposition the ladder. Associate was also informed to never use the top two (2) steps of the ladder. Fortunately, there were no accidents and associated stated that they felt much safer when completing their work
