Jill leads the UNC District as our Safety Champion and has been instrumental in implementing several new policies on campus to keep the team and our guests safe. Under her leadership, we started an AED program for our high-volume buildings and mandated all salary managers are CPR certified. This summer, we will be extending CPR training to all supervisors on a volunteer basis. We have also seen consistent high compliance in SFC compliance, decreasing our slips, trips, and falls.
