Identifying all the bumps and potholes on the road and sidewalks where we wheel in the food containers inside the main jail facility has helped to prevent stack of trays from falling over that can cause injuries. When training new employees, we include that as part of our training for safety precautions when delivering. As a result, we haven’t had any incidents and kept our staff safe and free from injuries for so many years now.
