Our locations SAFE scenario not only preserves the safety of our staff but the integrity of our guests experience too. When using a heat lamp to ensure safe temperatures of our buffet items, we have elected to using a rubber handled set of tongs, this allows our guests (and staff) to use our tongs without bringing their hands up to a food safe temperature.
