As a new General Manager of 24 schools, I noticed QA’s were being completed different by each manager, some had old flyers, regulations etc. I created for each Manager an accordion file with not only the logs, poster, QA tool, but with tape, alcohol wipes, sanitizer strip, thermometer and all necessary items for a complete review plus all can be done on site at time of audit. This has saved time, corrective actions done on site at time of visit and uniformity.
