In a former company I worked for I worked as a Transporation Supervisor. My role was to keep our team of drivers safe. I was responsible for training and coaching safe driving. I coached them by numerous lessons in the classroom and from the passenger seat. Pre-trip inspections, Smith System training, Annual Safe Driving Evaluations, quarterly ride alongs, and etc. One of most rewarding roles that I have ever had. Outcome: All my employees went home safely every night with no major injuries or accidents.
