An employee did not follow driver safety when getting down from truck and fell from the top and hurt her hip. Employee had way too many personal belongings in hand and when climbing down the steps she did no grab on to safety handle which caused her to miss the steps and completely fell from the top of the truck. We retrained all drivers on truck and driver safety we showed all drivers 3 point safety instructions on entering/climbing ON and exit/climbing DOWN from truck.
