I would like to submit the standard practice on our site. We are very delighted to share our sites standard practice making our workplace more safe. We are all about the spreading awarenesses and looking for each other.
New joined staff member have been replenishing milk in coffee and tea stations and member of the staff after completing Manual handling training was trying to lift milk pack incorrectly, our kitchen staff member seen it and have advised to lift as per Manual handling training provided also he advised to manager and we have provided refresher training and advised importance of the correct Manual handling.
