Our account has added a detailed allergen process from start to finish. It starts with the guest informing a FLA about their allergen. The associate gets a lead or supervisor to speak to the guest. The lead or supervisor logs the allergen by asking what the allergy is, and then refers to our binder, that has all the menu options and the list of the allergens by item, to check ingredients of our items and then offering the guest a safe item. The same person talking to the guest is the same person preparing the food from start to finish.
