Taking over a new account you inherit employees and the equipment that are in the locations within the Profit Centers. We did not have adequate amounts of PPE throughout schools, and we immediately made orders for new PPE to come in. This makes for a 100% more safe environment within our kitchens, and it also builds confidence when using specific PPE items to ensures safety while performing a task.
