My team member was cooling salmon down and wasn’t 100% sure that she was following the correct temperature to avoid the danger zone. We have signage on our walls, but instead of guessing and doing it incorrectly, she came and asked if I could confirm the correct temperature. The language on the signage was confusing and she didn’t want to do it wrong. Moving forward I will be posting signage in Spanish as well, and I applaud her for stepping up and asking questions.
